I can't say enough amazing things about the new Owners here! Joe and Nick have been GREAT ! I moved in November of 2023 and the management did not follow through with anything, our apartment was dirty when we moved in, things were not done when they said they would be it was awful. But since new management all concerns have been addressed and they follow through as soon as they hear a concern! I would refer anyone and everyone now! Not to mention the pool area and amenities are all re-done and look AMAZING !!!! I love it here and can't say enough great things about this place!
We have lived in Falconhead for about 8 months and have had nothing but positive experiences. Our neighbors are friendly and my husband enjoys being on the golf course.
I had posted a complaint here about my bad experience as a resident of Falconhead but the owners came to me, treated me with respect, and showed me that my complaint had not been in vain. They made good improvements, explained the difficulty of finding good condominium management companies, and were ready to solve the problems and improve the experience. I don't think any place is perfect, but if you have someone, especially the owner, paying attention to your complaints and treating you with respect and seriousness, that's all tenants want, attention and good service. Congratulations Falconhead for paying attention to your residents.
I have lived in Falconhead Apartments for almost 6 years. This is the third owner. That resulted in several management companies. I say with complete honesty that the current owner/management team is doing everything as we would want. But they had to clean up a lot of messes when they took over. I am very pleased with all personnel - at all levels. I have always been glad that I moved into Falconhead.
We are really enjoying the Falconhead community. It is a clean, quiet, and beautiful property with very nice amenities. My leasing consultant, Stephanie Guzman has been amazing! She is very thorough and professional. When I reach out to her with questions, she will promptly answer or get me answers. Stephanie is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. Thank you, Stephanie for being so attentive to my needs. Hi! I am very pleased with my experience with Falconhead. Mainly, Kelly and Gus, They have been very helpful and patient and answered all my queries. Very warm and welcoming every time I go to them with my service requests, They made sure to update me on the requests made even after off hours. Great commitment.
Randy and the rest of the staff here are great! I had a recent issue with my A/C and they had it repaired within 24 hrs. The complex is under new management and they've put an emphasis on timely service. They've also made some improvements to the amenities. Overall, I'm very satisfied here.
Great staff. Barbara went above and beyond make our move in and garage assignment a great experience in spite of some challenges. Other staff are helpful and attentive as well.
